Starting a career in logistics requires many skills: attention to detail, organization, time management, computer proficiency and much more. Logistics programs prepare students for the challenges of a career in logistics, while equipping them with the flexibility to work in a variety of different industries and handle different situations at any given time.
In courses geared toward the logistics industry, students will learn how to manage supply chains, ensure material availability, create transportation plans, organize warehousing and receiving options for finished goods, and much more.
